Paradise Village at Zion
Late 2014 Rincon Builders began work on Paradise Village at Zion. It's a unique resort community in Santa Clara Utah with 90 total units. All of the homes are privately owned and specifically built to be used as nightly rentals due to the specific zoning. I don't think anyone was prepared for how this project would take off. Rincon completed 21 homes in the first year along with a clubhouse, pool and common area. In the second year Rincon Completed 31 homes in the project,
