Paradise Village at Zion

Late 2014 Rincon Builders began work on Paradise Village at Zion. It's a unique resort community in Santa Clara Utah with 90 total units. All of the homes are privately owned and specifically built to be used as nightly rentals due to the specific zoning.

I don't think anyone was prepared for how this project would take off. Rincon completed 21 homes in the first year along with a clubhouse, pool and common area.

In the second year Rincon Completed 31 homes in the project, and a second phase was added, slated to come on line with an additional 32 homes in the summer of 2017.

The homes range in size from 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 3 bath, all the way up to a 9 bedroom 10 bath in 6700 sq. ft.

As of April 5 2017 Rincon is working on the final 18 units in the first phase and will be starting the second phase by the end of the month.

In the second phase, Rincon will also be building this water park and pool area which should be ready for business by late summer 2017.
